Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content in the gaming and e-sports community in French
• Review and assess content submissions and player interactions to uphold community guidelines
• Assist players through forums and chat platforms, responding to queries and resolving issues
• Identify and escalate cases of inappropriate behavior or content
• Collaborate with team members to improve user experiences and increase community engagement
• Stay updated on the latest developments in gaming and e-sports for effective moderation
• Promote a respectful and inclusive online environment for all users

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong familiarity with gaming and e-sports culture
• Prior experience in content moderation or community management is advantageous
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
