Work Setup

To set you up for success, your journey begins with an in-person onboarding program at our state-of-the-art office in Lisbon. Following this initial training period, you will transition to a flexible hybrid schedule, dividing your work week between our collaborative office space and working remotely from home.

In this role, you will act as a key contact for a renowned global brand in home appliances and consumer technology, delivering top-tier service and personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary goal is to represent a top-tier household brand, ensuring every customer experience is seamless, helpful, and positive:

• Multichannel Assistance: Address incoming inquiries from Flemish-speaking customers through calls, emails, and live chat. Assist with product specs, delivery updates, initial setup, warranty coverage, and basic technical queries.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Guide users through step-by-step technical fixes for their appliances and gadgets, escalating more complex technical issues to dedicated specialist teams when necessary.
• Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, case details, and resolutions in the internal CRM to ensure smooth continuity and top quality standards.
• Brand Advocacy: Build deep product knowledge and alignment with company values, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach in every interaction.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new product releases, software updates, and service best practices.

Candidate Profile

We welcome both seasoned customer service representatives and enthusiastic career changers. We place high value on a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, providing full initial training to ensure you succeed.
Minimum Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent mastery of Flemish (C1/C2 level), along with business-level English proficiency (B2 level) for internal company communications.
• Location/Relocation: Already residing in Lisbon, or fully ready to arrange and complete a self-funded move to Portugal.
• Communication Style: Outstanding written and verbal communication, marked by patience, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Tech Savviness: Ability to navigate multiple software platforms, internal messaging tools, and customer databases simultaneously.

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory):

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, call centers, tech support, or customer care.
• An interest in smart home tech, modern appliances, or consumer electronics.

Remuneration & Perks

We offer a competitive compensation package structured to ensure financial security and reward your daily impact:

• Base Pay: €1,400 gross monthly, paid 14 times per year (including standard Portuguese summer and Christmas allowances).
• Language Bonus: An additional €150 monthly allowance for your Flemish language skills.
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 monthly based on achieving quality and performance targets.
• Food Allowance: €7 per working day, adding roughly €140-€150 net to your monthly income.

Relocation Notice

Please note that no relocation assistance is provided for this role. Applicants currently living outside of Portugal must be prepared to independently organize, fund, and carry out their own travel, temporary accommodation, and overall move to Lisbon.
