Join our team in Sofia as a Content Moderator. You will play a crucial role in shaping a safer online environment by reviewing, analyzing, and moderating user-generated content and online advertisements in French, ensuring compliance with community standards and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, review, and make real-time decisions on incoming user-generated content and online advertisements.
- Apply client policy guidelines accurately to flag or remove inappropriate content, including material containing sensitive or graphic violence.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and quality according to operational performance metrics.
- Participate in wellness programs, coaching, and regular debriefings to maintain mental well-being and team resilience.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists to maintain consistency in platform safety decisions.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in French (C1/C2) with strong working proficiency in English (B2+ or higher).
- Work Availability: Open to Full-Time or Part-Time schedules within a 24/7 rotational shift pattern (Monday-Sunday, including night shifts and weekends).
- Work Location: 100% Fully On-Site in Sofia.
- Resilience & Focus: Ability to process sensitive, high-impact content while maintaining emotional stability and professional detachment.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills and quick decision-making under fast-paced guidelines.
