French Speaking Customer Care Specialist For World's Leading Private Jet Company!
NetJets is seeking a dynamic Customer Care Specialist to join our team.
Your role will involve providing exceptional service to our Owners, handling flight reservations, and ensuring their satisfaction is paramount. Join us and be part of our mission to redefine private aviation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Owner inquiries via calls, emails, and online channels
- Assist with flight reservations, changes, and inquiries
- Provide accurate information on airports, restrictions, and documents
- Input and confirm reservations promptly and accurately
- Proactively communicate with Owners regarding potential issues
- Resolve conflicts and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or call center environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
