Your responsibilities:
• Make/Receive calls from different clients and respond to their requests,
• Respond to customer requests in back office,
• Commercial skills according to the projects,
• Know how to handle objections/complaints,
• Be comfortable with different computer applications,

What we expect from you:
• Proficiency in French language (oral/written): level C1/C2 (mandatory prerequisite),
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of Computer Science (mandatory prerequisite),
• Good interpersonal skills,
• Be proactive / have a strong sense of initiative,
• Experience in customer relations will be an asset,
• Be available for variable and rotating schedules (40 hours/week - 8 hours/day)
