Your responsibilities:
• Make/Receive calls from different clients and respond to their requests,
• Respond to client requests in back office,
• Commercial skills according to the projects
• Ability to handle objections/complaints,
• Comfortable with various computer applications,

What we expect from you:
• Proficiency in French language (oral/written): level C1/C2 (mandatory prerequisite),
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge in Computer Science (mandatory prerequisite),
• Good interpersonal skills,
• Be proactive / able to make proposals
• Experience in customer relations will be an advantage,
• Available for variable and rotating schedules from Monday to Saturday between 07-19h (40h/week - 8h/day )
