Language Skills: You are a native-level French speaker with a strong command of English, allowing you to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base.
Customer Service Experience: You bring with you valuable experience in either B2C or B2B customer service, or have a background in a service-related field. Your previous experiences have honed your problem-solving and communication skills.
Digital Proficiency: You have a keen interest in the digital realm and are well-acquainted with computers, mobile devices, and common digital tools. You effortlessly navigate the online world and are comfortable assisting customers with digital-related inquiries.
