Position: Customer Support Agent
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: on-site
Employment type: fixed term (6 months)
930 EUR per month (x14 salaries)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide responsive and professional support to business customers across communication platforms (Phone, Email, Chat)
- Assist clients with account-related queries, including identity verification and account information confirmation
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal procedures as directed by the client
- Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions tailored to customer needs
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer interactions, maintaining client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and updates in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and share best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in French both verbal and written. Fluent in English (C1 level)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a strong customer-centric approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
- Proficiency with automated customer support tools and platforms (preferred)
- Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and resolve issues independently
- Friendly, professional, and proactive approach to customer service
- Experience across various industries such as retail, banking, or general customer support is beneficial
- Comfortable working in rotating shifts and full-time on-site schedules
- Adaptable and flexible to changing procedures, technologies, and customer expectations
- Ability to work on 24/7 shift rotation.
