Position SummaryAre you ready to advance your career with an international industry leader? We are seeking client-focused professionals to serve as Payment Support Specialists on an engaging corporate account in Lisbon, Portugal. Working on-site from a modern, central facility, this full-time position places you at the center of a major FinTech operation serving French business clients. You will act as a primary brand representative, assisting client accounts, resolving platform queries, and fostering lasting business partnerships. Comprehensive, fully paid onboarding is provided upon hire, so previous FinTech experience is not required.

Main Operational Tasks

• Client Guidance: Deliver timely, expert support to corporate clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding digital payment services.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and fix software bugs, payment errors, access issues, and user management requests.
• Simplifying Information: Explain complex financial, technical, and procedural details in clear, accessible French to business accounts.
• Team Collaboration: Partner closely with second-tier technical support teams to escalate, track, and resolve complex issues.
• Data Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date interaction logs and ticket summaries in French and English within internal software.

Applicant Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fully fluent in written and spoken French (C1 level or higher) with working English proficiency (B2 level) for corporate applications and internal teamwork.
• Technical Aptitude: High digital literacy, a curious mindset, and a strong affinity for technical troubleshooting.
• Client Focus: Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a dedication to assisting corporate clients effectively.
• Account Interest: Strong enthusiasm for working within an international corporate environment with varied client needs.

• Base Remuneration: €930 paid over 14 monthly installments annually (includes required holiday and Christmas bonus pay).
