Position Summary

We are actively hiring service-oriented professionals for the position of Payment Support Specialist, representing a prestigious FinTech partner in Lisbon, Portugal. Operating full-time out of a state-of-the-art office in central Lisbon, you will play a pivotal role supporting B2B client operations across the French commercial market. In this role, you will serve as the premier point of contact, resolving platform issues, delivering client support, and deepening commercial partnerships. Comprehensive, fully paid onboarding training begins immediately on day one, meaning previous FinTech experience is not required.

Main Operational Tasks

• Client Guidance: Offer prompt, accurate advice to business users via inbound phone calls, email channels, and live online chat regarding digital transaction systems.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot system errors, transaction issues, login credentials, and user profile adjustments.
• Simplifying Information: Translate complex financial rules, technical procedures, and operational guidelines into clear, accessible French for corporate clients.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside tier-two technical teams to escalate, track, and successfully close challenging support requests.
• Data Documentation: Maintain thorough, accurate logs of customer interactions and technical solutions in both French and English across corporate software tools.

Applicant Requirements

Essential Criteria:

• Language Proficiency: C1-level fluency in written and spoken French, alongside functional B2-level English for internal platforms and communication.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong comfort with digital platforms, a natural curiosity for technology, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Client Focus: Excellent interpersonal communication skills accompanied by a genuine dedication to helping corporate customers succeed.
• Account Interest: Strong motivation to build a career in a global corporate environment handling diverse customer scenarios.
• Work Arrangement: Full-time daily presence at our central Lisbon office.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Remuneration: €930 monthly gross base paid across 14 installments per year (including mandatory holiday and Christmas pay allowances).
