Position Summary

We are actively recruiting dedicated customer experience professionals for the position of Payment Support Specialist to support a high-profile corporate account in Lisbon, Portugal. Located directly on-site in a state-of-the-art facility in central Lisbon, this full-time role puts you at the heart of a major financial technology service handling business accounts across the French market. You will serve as a key brand representative, addressing software queries, helping corporate clients, and strengthening business partnerships. You will benefit from a fully paid, comprehensive initial training program, making previous experience in FinTech completely optional.

Main Operational Tasks

• Client Guidance: Provide rapid, high-quality assistance to business clients via phone, chat, and email regarding digital payment solution products.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve software issues, transaction holds, login difficulties, and routine administrative account updates.
• Simplifying Information: Translate complex technical software features, regulatory guidelines, and financial data into clear, accessible French.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside second-tier technical engineers and escalation specialists to track and resolve high-priority inquiries.
• Data Documentation: Maintain complete and structured logs of client interactions and issue resolution notes in both French and English within company CRM software.

Applicant Requirements

• Language Proficiency: High fluency in French (C1/C2 level) combined with upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level) for team communication and software usage.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong digital skills, an analytical mindset, and comfort handling technical troubleshooting steps.
• Client Focus: Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong dedication to delivering professional client service.
• Account Interest: Genuine interest in working within an international corporate environment managing diverse commercial requests.

• Base Remuneration: €930 monthly base salary paid over 14 installments per year (including statutory holiday and Christmas allowances).
