Position Overview

We are looking for client-oriented specialists to take on the role of Payment Support Specialist for a dynamic enterprise account based in Lisbon, Portugal. Operating on-site from a modern office in the center of Lisbon, this full-time role positions you at the center of a major FinTech operation assisting corporate clients in France. You will act as a primary brand ambassador, guiding business accounts, resolving system inquiries, and building strong commercial relationships. Full, 100% paid onboarding is provided upon joining, meaning prior FinTech background is not mandatory.

Main Operational Tasks

• Client Guidance: Deliver prompt, professional assistance to corporate accounts through phone, email, and live tchat channels regarding payment technology products.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Detect and troubleshoot software glitches, payment processing errors, login credentials, and user administrative requests.
• Simplifying Information: Communicate intricate financial terms, technical software features, and company procedures in simple, accessible French to business accounts.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with level-two technical support specialists to escalate, monitor, and resolve advanced technical problems.
• Data Documentation: Record accurate, updated interaction logs and case resolution summaries in both French and English within our internal platform.

Applicant Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Completely fluent in written and spoken French (C1 level or higher) with working proficiency in English (B2 level) for enterprise tools and internal communication.
• Technical Aptitude: Advanced computer literacy, a curious problem-solving attitude, and a natural affinity for resolving technical issues.
• Client Focus: Outstanding interpersonal skills backed by a firm commitment to supporting business accounts effectively.
• Account Interest: Strong motivation to build a career in a global corporate environment addressing diverse client requests.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Remuneration: €930 distributed across 14 monthly payments annually (inclusive of required holiday and Christmas bonus pay).
