French speaking Delivery Consultant - Executive Search - London

Job Description
A well-established international executive search firm, specialised in energy, infrastructure, transportation and industrial sectors, is looking to hire a Delivery Consultant / Senior Researcher to strengthen its delivery capability.

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for an experienced recruiter who enjoys running complex retained searches and managing multiple assignments in parallel.

The Role

You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of retained search mandates, working closely with Partners who lead client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing 8-10 searches simultaneously
• Market mapping and talent identification
• Candidate outreach, assessment and qualification
• Managing candidates throughout the full recruitment process
• Preparing high-quality written deliverables and progress updates
• Ensuring a smooth, professional and structured search process

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience (executive search or strong contingent background)
• Comfortable working autonomously on delivery
• Able to manage pressure, deadlines and multiple priorities
• Professional, reliable and detail-oriented
• Fluent French (full professional proficiency required)
• London-based
