As a French Speaking Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing client emails, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our services. Your fluency in French will play a crucial role in effectively communicating with our customers and enhancing their experience.
Responsibilities - Answer client inquiries and support requests via email in French
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Document all interactions and manage accurate records in our CRM software
- Offer comprehensive product information and assistance as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Gather client feedback and contribute to improving support processes
- Maintain a positive and professional image of Mercier Consultancy in all communications
Requirements - Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
