French Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance Officer to join our team in Greece with paid relocation support. This position offers the chance to provide vital roadside assistance services to French-speaking customers while experiencing a relocation opportunity to Greece.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and effectively to roadside emergency requests from French-speaking clients via phone and digital communication tools.
- Assess emergency situations accurately and coordinate necessary services such as towing, repairs, or roadside aid.
- Communicate compassionately and clearly with customers to provide reassurance and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure efficient and timely assistance.
- Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols to enhance service quality.
Requirements- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.
- Previous experience in emergency roadside assistance, customer support, or related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and remote communication technologies.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation costs covered.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
