Requirements

• Fluent in French, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in consumer services.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
