French-Speaking Head of Sales (Belgium)

Who we're looking for:
A driven, senior sales professional to own and grow new business across the Benelux region, in particular in France & Belgium. This person will be responsible for building Huble's commercial presence in the region, developing pipeline from the ground up and establishing Huble as the go-to HubSpot partner in the market.
This is a hands-on, quota-carrying individual contributor role to start. As the region grows and the team expands to support it, we expect this individual to step into a sales leadership position - taking ownership of the Benelux team and continuing to drive the region's growth.
The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B sales professional with a background in digital consultancy, CRM, MarTech, or a related technology services environment. You are comfortable running the full sales cycle independently, energised by building pipeline from scratch, and motivated by the prospect of owning a region - not just a quota.
Fluency in French & English is essential. We require someone who can represent Huble credibly - in the language and culture of the market. Fluency in Dutch/Flemish is not required but would be ideal. The role covers the Benelux region as a whole but we expect it to focus primarily on France and Belgium to begin with.

- Qualifying inbound leads and managing them through the Huble sales process.
- Proactive outbound prospecting - identifying target companies, running outreach cadences, and building relationships with decision makers and influencers.
- Attending and leveraging industry events to generate pipeline and build Huble's presence in the market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with HubSpot sales and partner teams to surface and convert referral opportunities.
Key Performance Areas:
Management of Prospects in the Sales Process to Reach Set Target
- Taking a prospect from expressed interest through the Huble sales process, following all identified steps and adapting where necessary to close the deal, including:
- Conducting discovery meetings
- Coordinating a consultative approach and participating in proposition, commercial, and proposal development
- Building presentations and presenting solutions and commercials to prospective customers
- Responding to RFPs and tenders
- Negotiating commercial and contractual terms
- Conducting demonstrations of the HubSpot platform
- Developing a plan to reach and exceed sales targets set
Reporting on Sales Activity
- Recording and keeping all data related to sales activities in Huble systems, primarily HubSpot
- Submitting accurate forecast reports
- Reporting on levels of activity and maintaining a clear plan to reach sales targets
Pipeline Generation & Demand Development
- Working closely with the Huble marketing team to ensure inbound leads are being generated in the Benelux region
- Identifying prospects matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through outbound research and prospecting
- Running outreach programs to decision makers and influencers at target accounts, building relationships on successful connect
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities across the French-speaking Benelux market to generate pipeline and build brand presence
- Building relationships with HubSpot sales, channel, and customer success teams so that they turn to Huble when they need a trusted partner in the region
- Using your personal network to generate referrals and surface new opportunities
Regional Growth & Long-Term Leadership
- Taking ownership of Huble's commercial performance in the Benelux region - with accountability for growing revenue year on year
- Contributing to the regional go-to-market strategy
- Identifying opportunities to expand Huble's footprint in the region - new verticals, new partnerships, new channels
- As the region scales, playing an active role in shaping what the Benelux team looks like - with the expectation that strong performance and regional growth will create the opportunity to move into a formal sales leadership role
To excel in this role, you should have the following:
- Fluent in French (native or near-native) and English. Dutch or Flemish is a plus.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B sales role within digital consultancy, CRM, MarTech, or a related technology services environment.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, events, and networking - rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
- Technically minded, with the ability to conduct discovery meetings and scope complex engagements without needing a sales engineer.
- Experience negotiating with C-level executives at mid-market to enterprise companies.
- Ability to build commercial proposals and solutions using a consultative approach.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or a comparable CRM platform.
- Experience in or strong knowledge of the French-speaking Benelux market.
- Ambition to grow beyond individual contribution - you are someone who sees this role as the foundation for building and eventually leading a high-performing regional sales team.
