In this role, you will deliver expert technical and customer support to French-speaking clients using iRobot products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting product issues, providing guidance on usage and maintenance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to French-speaking iRobot customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to iRobot devices
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and maintenance
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation and resources
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
Requirements- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in technical support, ideally in consumer electronics or related fields
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation fully covered)
