Job Description

We're seeking a skilled IT Technical Support Engineer who is fluent in French and has strong hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems. You'll play a key role in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving user issues in a fast-paced, bilingual IT environment.

We are also open to considering an experienced Java Software Developer with a strong interest in IT infrastructure. If you're passionate about bridging the gap between software development and infrastructure engineering, this is a unique opportunity to apply your coding expertise to building and maintaining robust, scalable systems.

Key Qualifications:

• Fluency in French and English
• Solid experience with Windows and Linux OS
• Proficiency in CRM tools and support ticketing systems
