The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
French-Speaking Project Coordinator to join our team in our Kings Road studio. This is a key role supporting the smooth delivery of lighting projects from inception through to completion, ensuring communication and coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and clients-particularly across French-speaking territories.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage architectural lighting projects across UK and French-speaking markets
- Liaise daily with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders in both French and English
- Track project timelines, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
- Support the sales and design teams with project administration, client communication, and logistics
- Prepare and issue quotes, technical documentation, and order confirmations
- Manage internal project systems and maintain up-to-date records in CRM and order management software
- Oversee delivery schedules and work closely with logistics and procurement to resolve any issues
- Assist in organising site visits, meetings, and project handovers as required
About You - Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) - Essential
- Previous experience in project coordination or project support - Essential
- Experience in the lighting industry (architectural or decorative) - Essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities within fast-paced project timelines
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider internal teams
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
