Salary Range: Professional IC L2: 50.000 - 67.000€* for 100% full-time + VSOP (5% of annual gross salary)
*Based on the German benchmark, adjusted for local cost of living for remote positions

Your mission

HelloBetter is a pioneer in the field of digital healthcare. For more than 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental health conditions. Our applications cover a variety of areas, including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorder and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.
Six of HelloBetter's ten applications are approved as digital health applications. They are available free of charge by prescription to all insured adults in Germany.

In 2025, HelloBetter is launching its services in France, starting with their insomnia treatment, HelloBetter Insomnie.

Your objectives

As we begin to introduce HelloBetter's digital health applications to the French market, this role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the early stages of our expansion. You'll be centrally positioned in our efforts to grow and will play a crucial role in shaping and developing our services to meet the needs of our users.
Your part-time role (20-25 hours/week) offers generous schedule flexibility. To maintain our commitment to providing timely feedback to our patients, our team spreads their working hours across five days.

• Conduct Written Online Coaching: As your main objective and part of our digital health applications, you'll conduct written online coaching in French, empowering patients with valuable insights and guidance.
• Patient Support: Assist our patients with technical and organizational requests through telephone, email, and chat. For more complex inquiries, you'll efficiently escalate these to our Engineering Team.
• Marketing and Communication Development: As we grow, you'll support the creation and refinement of marketing materials and communications aimed at both patients and healthcare professionals.
• Study Coach Participation: Engage in scientific evaluation studies as a study coach, contributing to the robust research that underpins our digital health solutions.

Your profile

Must-Haves

• Licensed or currently training as a psychological psychotherapist in Germany (behavioural, psychoanalytic, or systemic therapy), or licensed with RPPS number as a clinical psychotherapist in France or another French-speaking country.
• Native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English, as our working language.
• Relevant clinical experience with French-speaking patients.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in e-mental health, such as online counseling or coaching.
• Additional training in cognitive behavioural therapy.
• Proficiency in German.
