HelloBetter is a pioneer in the field of digital healthcare. For more than 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental health conditions. Our applications cover a variety of areas, including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorder and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.
Six of HelloBetter's ten applications are approved as digital health applications. They are available free of charge by prescription to all insured adults in Germany.

Join our growingTherapeutic Services team (20-25 hours/week) asPsychologist (M.Sc., Dipl.-Psych., DESS), licensed or in psychotherapeutic training, and be part of the change in mental health care.

Contract Type: Part-time, fixed-term
Salary Range: €25,200 (gross)* for 50% part-time
*Based on the German benchmark, adjusted for local cost of living for remote positions
Remote Policy: Remote-first culture with offices in Berlin and Hamburg
Your objectives
- Conducting written online coaching as part of our digital health applications in French
- Contributing to our online courses and coaching, especially in adapting to our French patients
- Participation as a study coach in scientific evaluation studies
Your profile
Must-Haves
- License or current training as a psychological psychotherapist (behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, or systemic therapy)
- Native-level proficiency in French, and fluent in English as our working language
- Relevant clinical experience with French-speaking patients with various disorders
- Willingness to work flexible hours (spread over 5 days a week)
- Experience in the field of e-mental health (online counseling/coaching)
