Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a French Speaking Remote Support Specialist! In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in providing outstanding support to our French-speaking clients, ensuring that their needs are met swiftly and effectively.
As a French Speaking Remote Support Specialist, you will engage with clients through multiple communication channels, addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting any technical challenges they may encounter. Your ability to communicate fluently in French will be integral to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities - Provide support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Document client interactions and support cases in our CRM platform
- Assist clients in understanding product features and functionalities
- Work collaboratively with team members to handle more complex queries
- Collect and analyze client feedback to help improve our services
- Participate in training sessions to keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge
Requirements - Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on client satisfaction
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Self-starter with the capability to work independently in a remote environment
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and help clients effectively
- Proficiency in customer support software and tools is a plus
