We are currently seeking an ambitious, goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate our expansion across French-speaking markets.

Role Overview & ResponsibilitiesAs an SDR, you will drive pipeline growth by identifying prospective accounts and generating high-quality leads in French-speaking territories through proactive outreach.

• Outbound Prospecting: Perform 60 to 70 cold calls daily to key decision-makers at target e-commerce companies.
• Lead Generation: Research and target SMB and mid-market accounts across French-speaking regions.
• Discovery & Qualification: Identify operational pain points, demonstrate value, qualify leads, and schedule initial meetings for Account Executives.
• Multichannel Outreach: Execute multi-step outreach sequences using phone calls, tailored emails, and personalized LinkedIn messages.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Sales Experience: Background in high-volume, phone-based outbound B2B sales and cold calling with a history of hitting daily activity targets and monthly meeting quotas.
• Skill Set: Resilient, strong active listener, confident handling objections, and articulate over the phone.
• Tools: Practical experience with CRM and sales automation tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Nice to Have: Background in SaaS, e-commerce, martech, search technology, or fast-paced tech environments.
• Languages: Fluent command of French to connect with decision-makers, combined with fluent English or Spanish for internal team collaboration.

Work Model & Schedule

• Location: 100% On-Site in Madrid. Note: No relocation support or financial assistance is provided; candidates must already be based in Madrid or relocate independently.
• Hours: Monday-Thursday: 09:00 to 18:00 | Friday: 09:00 to 15:00.
• Onboarding: A comprehensive 4-week training program during your first month covering product features, sales messaging, and tools.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: €30,000 gross annual base salary.
• Uncapped Monthly OTE Commission: €600 baseline commission with escalating performance multipliers:
  
  
  • 80% Target: 1.3x multiplier
  • 100% Target: 2.0x multiplier (€1,200 commission)
  • 150% Target: 3.0x multiplier (€1,800 commission)
• Quarterly Bonus: Exceeding an average of 150% quota attainment across a quarter retroactively applies the 3.0x multiplier to all three months.
• Career Growth: Direct performance-based progression paths toward an Account Executive role.
