Job Description
The Sales & Project Support (SPS) Team Leader is responsible for leading the daily operations of the SPS team, ensuring efficient order management from sales entry through to delivery and returns. This role requires close coordination with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Invoicing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational accuracy across the entire product lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
Team & Operational Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales & Project Support team
• Allocate tasks and manage workload across the team
• Make customer split decisions between colleagues
• Ensure deadlines and performance targets are met
• Handle escalations and complex issues
• Nominate team members for special projects
• Provide weekly reporting to Sales based on agreement
• Monitor/report outstanding observations related to turnover & forecast
Order, Product Lifecycle & Cost Control
• Supervise order processing, shipping, and returns with Sales,Logistics,Finance & Invoicing
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers throughout the product lifecycle
• Approve complex configurations and verify data accuracy across lifecycle phases
• Coordinate shipping, resolve delivery or product conformity issues
• Manage stock reassignment and returned/reworked items
• Oversee pricing and ensure cost accuracy
• Create AR invoicing plans and approve milestone-based invoices suggested by AR specialists
What makes you a perfect match?
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in order management, project support, or sales operations.
• Proven experience in leading or supervising a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident fluency in French AND English (verbal, written) is a must
Preferred if you have:
• Experience in logistics, pricing, or returns management.
• Knowledge of order configuration and stock reassignment processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
