Your responsibilities:Your main responsibility will consist of developing the French market:
- Turning prospects into clients by actively following up on the leads and seeking business opportunities.
- Identifying future growth opportunities.
- Maintaining and growing existing accounts.
Your day in the office:09:00 With a fresh cup of coffee in hand, you start your day by joining a team scrum to align with the five other French reps, sharing priorities and syncing on key clients and market updates. After you check in on your pipeline. Today you'll be making calls to grow relationships and uncover new opportunities.
10:00 Time to follow up on yesterday's leads! You call potential clients, introduce them to Ynvolve, and discuss how we can help with their IT equipment needs. Every conversation brings you one step closer to building long-term partnerships.
11:00 Between calls, you update your activities in our CRM. Accurate notes help you and your teammates stay aligned. After all, collaboration is what makes our sales team strong.
12:00 A promising lead comes through. You start negotiating terms, balancing the needs of your client with the offers you can secure from suppliers. You're independent in closing your deals, but always know your team has your back if you need support.
13:00 Lunchtime! You enjoy a lovely buffet lunch while you try to master some of the 25+ different languages spoken by our coworkers when chatting with them. A quick walk outside will give you some new energy for the rest of the day.
13:45 The afternoon is focused on buying and selling IT equipment. You're in touch with clients about what they want to purchase. But you're also on the lookout for equipment they want to sell back. The variety keeps the work dynamic and fast-paced.
15:00 You take a short break to connect with colleagues abroad. Whether it's a quick chat or a joint call, constant communication ensures you're never working in isolation.
16:00 Before the day wraps up, you reflect on what you've learned today. Every deal, call, or challenge is an opportunity to sharpen your skills. You also share ideas with your team, because at Ynvolve, everyone has a voice in how we can improve.
17:30 Wrap up the day! Before heading home, you join a fun workout in the company gym. We believe in working hard and having fun along the way, creating a supportive and fun working environment that you'll love being a part of.
