French speaking Sales Support Representative

Superior Manufacturing Group-Europe B.V. is the subsidiary of the Checkers Safety Group, a US integrated manufacturing company of specialized industrial safety products with its four brands, Notrax®, TuffTrak®, Linebacker® and Monster®. From its facilities in Barendrecht, the Netherlands, Superior Manufacturing Group-Europe B.V. manufactures, finishes and customizes all products for distribution around the world. As one of the market leaders in this very specialized market, we are looking for a sales support representative to complete our sales team. Job description

• Assures excellent service levels to our B2B distributor customers throughout Europe, Asia and Africa
• Prepares and follows up on price quotations, processes orders and handles feedback in a well-organized and timely manner
• Advises and shares product knowledge and expertise to customers to guide buying decisions based on applications
• Actively promotes the company’s services and (new) products to prospects and existing customers

Job qualifications

• Passionate about sales support and delivering on our promise to our customers
• Sales / Business background (HBO / Higher Business Education)
• Minimum two years of customer service or sales related experience
• Proficiency in the various Microsoft Office software packages and ERP and CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Willingness to travel to visit distributors and or end users
• Participate in tradeshows
• Language qualifications: Business level English with native speaker or fluency in French
