We're looking for a French-Speaking Service & Project Support Specialist to join our growing international team. What You'll Do

• Support service and project-related operations across international markets
• Coordinate activities between customers, service teams, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain and update information in SAP and other internal systems
• Monitor ongoing service and project activities and ensure smooth execution
• Prepare reports, track progress, and support business processes
• Ensure accurate documentation and data management
• Identify process improvement opportunities and proactively solve issues
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across different countries and functions

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Native (C2) French language skills
• Confident English communication skills
• Previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably in service support, logistics, supply chain, project coordination, or operations
• Experience working with SAP is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fast learner with a proactive and independent mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment

Working hours within the Aftersales team:

• Monday to Friday - 8.00am-18.00pm (8 hours)
