What You'll Be Doing

Every day brings something new! Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers by answering questions via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams
• Processing orders, forms, and requests quickly and accurately
• Resolving customer issues or complaints in a professional and helpful way
• Using tools such as SAP and SharePoint to manage daily tasks

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Mother tongue (C2) French language skills
• Confident English communication skills
• Previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably in service support, logistics,supply chain, project coordination, or operations
• Experience working with SAP is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fast learner with a proactive and independent mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment
