What You'll Be DoingEvery day brings something new! Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers by answering questions via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams
- Processing orders, forms, and requests quickly and accurately
- Resolving customer issues or complaints in a professional and helpful way
- Using tools such as SAP and SharePoint to manage daily tasks
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is
positive, proactive, and ready to learn.
Requirements: - College or university degree in economics or a relevant field
- Around 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role (customer service, administration, support, etc.)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Languages: French and English - at least upper-intermediate
- SAP knowledge is a plus, but not essential
