Are you ready for an exciting new challenge? We're on the hunt for a dynamic and enthusiastic French Speaking Student Enquiry Officer to join our vibrant Digital Outreach Team in the heart of Central London at Devonshire Square!
Our part-time Student Enquiry Officer will be contracted to work 20 hours per week according to a schedule agreed with the Student Enquiry Team Leader. This will include some weekday evenings and weekends.
Your RoleThis role is part of our Digital Outreach Team. Advisors based London and globally are responsible for:
- Engage with and nurture new student leads via digital marketing channels.
- Contact prospective students (or their parents/sponsors) who have shown interest in the schools and programs.
- Communicate through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, live chat, and other messaging platforms to provide a quality first impression.
- Identify potential student profiles suitable for various educational programs and signpost them to field-based Education Counsellors.
- Respond knowledgeably to queries and promote the unique selling points of the schools.
- Ensure all leads are contacted proactively and timely according to defined KPIs.
- Communicate effectively with global teams including digital lead generation, marketing, field recruitment, and campus teams.
About You This role is a perfect first step into our Enrolment and Marketing team; ideal for a graduate with 1- or 2-years' experience in sales or customer service in a premium or luxury sector, especially hospitality or culinary arts.
This is a great opportunity to develop a career in the international education sector in a high-end B2C services environment, however, we will also consider applicants who have experience in different sectors, though you will need to show a strong track record of relatable experience successfully engaging with premium customers with a consultative sales approach. You will be an excellent communicator with great listening skills, and the ability to clearly articulate ideas, with a talent for advising and influencing, fluent in English and French.
The role requires resilience, organisational skills as well as being KPI focused and digitally literate.
