Mercier Consultancy is seeking a talented French Speaking Support Center Analyst to join our dynamic team! In this important role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
As a Support Center Analyst, you will engage with clients through various communication channels, leveraging your language skills and technical knowledge to troubleshoot challenges while delivering a high level of customer service. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions and recommendations
- Document and log all client interactions and support requests in our ticketing system
- Educate clients on our products and best practices to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as necessary
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
- Participate in training and development sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Requirements - Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support is advantageous
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
