• Accurately document all interactions, support tickets, and resolutions within the company's CRM and case management systems
• Uphold the highest standards of data privacy, digital safety, and user confidentiality in accordance with GDPR and platform-specific regulations
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and quality evaluations to continuously enhance your product knowledge and support performance within the social media environment

Requirements

• Native or fluent French language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role - C1 or C2 level proficiency strongly preferred
• Valid EU passport or legal authorisation to work within the European Union (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital content ecosystems, and online community dynamics
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or above) for internal collaboration and reporting purposes
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with a focus on quality, empathy, and resolution efficiency
