Responsibilities - Deliver technical support in French via phone, email, and chat channels to customers using electronic products
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to enhance customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate unresolved issues
- Educate customers about product features and optimal usage
- Stay current with product updates and advancements in technology
- Engage in continuous training to refine product knowledge and support skills
Requirements- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with technical support software and troubleshooting tools
