Previous experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus is required for this position and if you happen to have experience with e-ticketing as well, then this is the job for you!
In your role as travel advisor you will be the first point of contact for the customer, and will be responsible for a world class customer experience. You will assist customers by finding solutions and making sure that their bookings as well as cancellations will be taken care of in the best and most professional way possible.
The office is located in Benalmádena on the beautiful Spanish Costa del Sol, where the beaches are always close by and with over 320 sunny days per year, there will be plenty of time to work on your tan or have a drink on a sunny terrace! If you’re more into the city lifestyle, one of Spain’s most beautiful and culturally rich cities, Malaga, is only a 10 minute bus ride away and offers plenty of entertainment, museums, monuments and of course, tapas bars!
Requirements
- Native or near-native level of French
- Fluent in English
- Experience with a GDS and within the travel industry
- Knowledge of e-ticketing is a plus
- Great communication skills
- Can work flexible hours
