Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive French lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Prepare and assess students for GCSE French exams.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department to ensure the highest standards of learning.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of French Teacher you will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching French at secondary level (Key Stage 3 and 4).
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• a suitable qualification to teach French i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
