French VIP Sportsbook Manager

We are looking for a French VIP sports book expert who will be responsible for managing and improving the experience of VIPs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and French both written and spoken
• Deep knowledge and experience in Sports Book
• Proactive person with good support / sales skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to details
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Being able to search and find for solutions of customers' issues
• Able to analyse customers' behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs
• Monitor customers' performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting
• Ensure that products' compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
• Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage
• Hours must be worked during shift business hours
