About the role: Nextlane is Building a Customer Training Center of Excellence to scale knowledge and drive adoption of Nextlane products across regions.
To join the Center of Excellence, we are hiring Functional Consultants to create a centralized team focused on developing online training and certification content, delivering paid remote training, and offering in-person sessions when required.
This team will need to support multiple products in multiple languages, ensuring consistency and quality across regions. You will work closely with local teams across multiple European countries, contributing to a truly international collaboration environment where knowledge sharing and cross-border teamwork are key to success
Your Responsibilities:As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Configure, deploy, and support the rollout of Nextlane solutions, ensuring a smooth and successful customer go-live
- Design, create, and maintain clear, high-quality training materials and product documentation
- Develop engaging online training and certification content aligned with product evolution and customer needs
- Deliver paid remote training sessions and support on-site training when required
- Adapt training content to support multiple languages and regional requirements
- Ensure consistency, quality, and best practices across training programs, products, and regions
- Provide remote go-live and post-go-live support to ensure user confidence and adoption
- Collaborate in cross-functional and transversal initiatives with Sales, Support, L&D, Product, and other internal stakeholders
- Develop and deliver high-quality training and certification content to drive customer adoption of Nextlane solutions
- Configure and support the rollout of Nextlane products, including remote go-live assistance
- Deliver paid remote training sessions and support in-person training when required
- Ensure consistency and quality of training across multiple products, languages, and regions
- Act as a functional expert and trusted partner for customers, collaborators, and internal teams within the Customer Training Center of Excellence
What We're Looking For:- Experience delivering user training, onboarding, or functional consulting within a software, ERP, or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions, both remotely and in person
- Experience supporting software deployment, configuration, and go-live activities
- Exposure to project-based environments, with an understanding of implementation timelines, dependencies, and customer expectations
- Experience working with international customers or multi-market environments is a strong advantage
- Languages: At least B2 in English and fluently in French. Other european language can be a bonus
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex functional concepts in a clear and structured way
- Confident training facilitator, comfortable engaging diverse audiences and adapting communication style to different user profiles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and act as a trusted point of contact for customers during training and rollout phases
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of software solutions, ERP systems, and business process flows
- Solid knowledge of business management fundamentals, with basic accounting principles as an advantage
- Familiarity with project management concepts and tools used in implementation and training contexts
- Proficient with office productivity and content creation tools (e.g. presentations, documentation, online learning platforms)
- Ability to translate functional and technical features into practical, user-oriented training content
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
- Analytical and structured, with the ability to synthesize information and adapt content to different audiences
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across functions and cultures
Our Recruitment Process:- 30-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- 45 mininterview with 2 members of the team.
- 45 min interview with the hiring manager on site.
