Fund Expenses Junior Specialist with French in Private Capital

Requirements:

• Good Knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong communication skills oral & written

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a regular payment runs to ensure invoices are paid promptly and efficiently.
• Upload invoices and accurate completion of data required in accounting platform
• Preparation of necessary data (back up agreements and evidence of client approval as required by the workflow)
• Perform allocations of invoices between relevant entities within the Strategy through the accounting platform
• Prepare and submit accurate and complete payments pack, including input of payments blotter
• Track and update invoice status on a real time basis
• Reconcile and record payment of invoice in accounting platforms on a timely manner
• Effectively resolve any issues/queries utilizing expertise in Warsaw and Jersey teams
• Generate reports as required by the Jersey team, the client and the board of directors
