General Ledger Accountant (French)

As a General Ledger Accountant, you will join the Ricoh Business Services team, performing the following tasks:

- Reconciliation: Subledgers, clearing account reconciliation.

- Month End Process: Calculation and upload of Journal entries, prepare month end reporting, ensure accounting of expenses, expenses analysis, month end accruals

- Reporting: To promote Hyperion reporting to Ricoh Europe Standard.

-Month End process (subledgers open/closing)

-Subledgers reconciliation

-Fixed assets set up

-JE uploading Extended: -Calculate month end accruals (expenses) -Ensure correct accounting of expenses + Analysis

-Prepare monthly follow up meetings with the Opco

-Hyperion reporting Reconciliation of all BS accounts

-Intercompany process

• Proficiency in French language.

• Experience in similar tasks as described.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (will be tested)
• Ability to multitask in administrative tasks.
• Agility to adapt to new processes.
• Organized and methodical approach to administrative work.
• Strong analytical skills.
