Nasdaq seeks a Senior Marketing Associate to be responsible for driving revenue through the delivery of high-quality, seamlessly orchestrated marketing campaigns for the Corporate Solutions business, with a focus on virtual event, webinar and partnership activations. You will work closely with the Marketing, Communications, Enterprise Events, Sales, and Leadership teams to build a successful, sustainable pipeline of leads leveraging field-marketing tactics.
Reporting into the Global Head of Growth Marketing, this role will be responsible for field marketing for the EMEA region. You are an expert at delivering high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate quality, sales-ready leads and have experience owning co-marketing and partnership marketing initiatives in service of lead generation and growing brand awareness.
Responsibilities- Propose and implement region-specific marketing initiatives that support the EMEA regional sales strategy
- Plan and host virtual events to deliver net-new sales opportunities, accelerate pipeline velocity and deepen existing relationships with prospects and customers
- Support execution of hybrid and in-person events as needed in partnership with Global Events Team including but not limited to sourcing and scheduling speakers, selecting event promotion tactics, providing target invite lists, managing materials, marketing briefs, and post-campaign reports
- Strategize, build and deliver coordinated campaigns that involve email marketing, digital marketing and other channels as you see fit
- Measure and track results from field marketing campaigns to report on efficiency and optimization opportunities
- Leverage existing marketing tools and technologies to build landing pages (for events, webinars, localized content) to support automated and personalized email campaigns
- Coordinate with Sales to ensure accurate lead management and follow up for all regional marketing initiatives, including events, email campaigns, paid media, digital, etc.
- Coordinate internal and external awareness and communication plans for local events and activations complete with supporting material, including: email invitations, landing pages, social media
- Assist regional sales teams as needed, growing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving leads and MQLs for the EMEA region
- Support various other marketing projects as needed
Requirements- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Some years of marketing experience, preferably with field marketing background
- Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team
- Must have a high energy, can-do personality, and ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment
- Creative, innovative and always thinks outside of the box
- Superior project management, time management, prioritization, and collaboration skills
- Excellent writer and communicator with strong attention to detail
- Flexible to attend and support in-person events as needed
- Strong executive presence and comfort in delivering information to senior executives
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems such as Salesforce and Marketo
- Working experience with or in France
