Job Description

Guest Relation Officer (French Speaker)

This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Desk and ensures that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience
  • College diploma / secondary school education or equivalent qualifications.
  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and French language.
  • Past hospitality / tourism experience of working in Maldives will be an advantages.
