Job Description

Join our team at Ria Money Transfer as a Help Desk Technician and take on a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our web system. As a dedicated Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for various critical tasks, including setting up new agents, addressing technical inquiries through our call center and email ticketing system, and performing essential installations to ensure optimal equipment functionality. Your expertise in diagnosing and resolving software-related issues is crucial for maintaining the reliability of our Web System


Here is your key responsibilities:
  • Set up new Agents
  • Answering technical requests through call center and email ticketing.
  • Perform Installation of all requirements needed by the web system to operate both new agents equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve technical software issues presented by the agents to guarantee the operability of the Web System
  • Good manage of Windows Operative System and their tools
  • Excellent skills installing PC's and peripherals (scanner, printer ,etc).
  • German or French language (oral and Written)
  • Other languages are a plus
