Your responsibilities: - You ensure efficient and reliable customer support for clients in France and Spain from our location in Bressanone
- As the first point of contact, you'll handle technical customer inquiries-either by phone or through our ticket system
- You schedule maintenance and repair work on our machines and coordinate these activities with our service team
- You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of machine quality and technical documentation
Your skills: - Very good knowledge of the French and/or Spanish language
- Good knowledge of the German and English language
- Strong interest in technology, ideally with initial experience in technical support
