We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible French Business Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational coordination of our France business.
This role acts as a key liaison between headquarters and local teams/service providers in France. This is a coordination and support role with no major decision-making authority.
Key Responsibilities - Support daily administrative operations of the France entity
- Assist in preparing and organizing contracts, company documents, and compliance materials
- Maintain compliance calendars and track key reporting deadlines (tax, payroll, financial reports)
- Provide translation support between French and English (Chinese is a plus)
- Prepare meeting materials and draft professional business correspondence in French
- Liaise with French accountants, legal advisors, and external service providers
- Assist in financial data organization and reporting support
- Follow up on invoices and cross-border payments
- Support coordination during business integration processes and follow up on action items
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, International Trade or related disciplines
- Professional or native-level proficiency in both French and English
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in administration, coordination, finance support, or international business
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
- Availability for travel as required
- Must hold valid French citizenship or residency
Preferred Qualifications - Study or work experience in France
- Familiar with French business culture
- Basic knowledge of French tax, accounting, or corporate compliance
- Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
