HR Team Senior Analyst with French we're looking for?
Your future roleYou'll report to
Anamaria Techeres (HR Administration Team Leader Benelux, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside passionate and dedicated teammates.
You will be accountable for delivering an outstanding employee and manager experience as part of our HR Operations Centre. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business.
We'll look to you for:- Receiving incoming non-standard service requests and processing these using the Service Now/ MSP Tool and/or relevant HR systems.
- Running standard and ad hoc reports from the set of reports from the HRO Admin Team portfolio
- Ensuring that information provided is complete and accurate before updating records or processing requests.
- Supporting the HRO Admin Team Advisor in coordinating the improvement of the processes and related documentation (templates, WI)
- Support and centralize improvement initiatives from team members
- Supporting the junior team members handling queries; ensure that all services delivered meet general time and quality requirements
- Create or request non-standard documents required in processing service requests
- Support colleagues with validation of any data amendments, calculations and document checks
- Support the HR global and local yearly/periodical processes including yearly Audit, running and validating reports, creating and/or checking letters for pay reviews, bonuses, etc.
- Support the Functional Experts and HR specialist teams in implementing and managing new services and changes to existing services through non-standard letters, contract amendments, systems updates, etc.

- Education: Degree level qualification.
