Position:HR Associate with French
Job Description:ABOUT THE ROLE:HR Associate is a critical member of the EMEA HR Solutions Center team. The EMEA HR Solutions Center Team is a versatile first point of contact for all HR related inquiries, assisting employees with general HR questions and managers with employee lifecycle administration. Provides scalable administration of regional HR programs and specialized solutions such as: HR Process & Project Management, HR Policy & Compliance, HR Technology and HR Reporting. This role provides first level support to employees across the region, on a variety of HR related topics, from policy and procedure, to technology support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Respond to HR-related inquiries across channels (email, phone, case system)
- Provide guidance on HR policies (EPR, goals, merit/talent reviews), escalating as needed
- Promote self-service tools like Workday and support user accountability
- Process and audit employee transactions in Workday
- Support key HR initiatives, training logistics, and communications
- Drive process improvements in HR services and inquiries
- Handle general admin tasks (e.g., report prep) and update clients on delivery expectations
- Communicate through "via" communicator
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:- Fluent in both French and English
- Open and eager to learn, with a strong interest in starting a career in HR
- Any prior HR experience (including internships) is a plus
- Previous work or internship experience (any field) with exposure to teamwork, administration, or customer service
- Curious and analytical mindset, with an interest in improving processes and finding better ways of working
- Proactive, responsible, and comfortable with learning new tools or technologies
