HR Reporting Support Manager with French

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Collect completion data (queries) and produce the monthly training plan tracking report
• Prepare and publish the weekly training report
• Prepare and share evaluation reporting (immediate and delayed feedback)
• Prepare and provide reporting on no-shows for mandatory training sessions
• Analyze and provide commentary on monthly reporting indicators
• Implement productivity improvement tools for the team
• Perform various tasks primarily within the SAP information system
• Consolidate and define performance indicators related to training activities
• Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials linked to organizational, process-based, or system-related learning paths

Key expectations:

• Strong analytical mindset
• Ability to solve complex problems and suggest relevant solutions
• Comfortable working with data and statistics to produce detailed analysis
• Skilled in constructive dialogue with stakeholders involved in training implementation to deliver actionable insights
• Aptitude for identifying and proposing improvements
• Supplementary training in office software tools (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of Low-Code environments, notably Query M and DAX
• Strong proficiency in SAP
• Proficiency in French and English (min. B1)
