???? The Role: HR Shared Services Analyst - French speaking

As an HR Shared Services Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. You'll work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to deliver a positive employee experience.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare HR-related documents
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
• Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
• Support HR programs, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
• Escalate complex queries to senior HR team members when needed
• Provide administrative support across various HR functions
• Collect and analyze HR data to support reporting and insights
• Build and maintain strong internal client relationships

?? Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you bring a customer-focused mindset and strong organizational skills

Requirements

• 7-12 months of experience in a customer-facing role - bonus if that is in HR :)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience working with HR systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle) is also a bonus
• Language skills in French is needed
