HR Services Intern
(with French language knowledge)
to join our team in Budapest!

Estée Lauder is on the lookout for talented students like you to become part of our HR Services team. As an Intern, you'll be the first point of contact for our amazing employees, ranging from Make Up Artists to Managers, assisting them with our HR Portal, Systems, and Services.
The best part? You get to use your language proficiency, especially your Dutch skills. What is more, you'll be part of our amazing, multinational team who're supporting 16 countries across the EMEA business region in 11 different languages!

Qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact responsible for the accurate resolution of employee and manager inquiries and requests that are initiated via phone, the HR system/portal, or other access channels.
• Document all incoming queries and calls in the case management system and update relevant systems as needed.
• Work in partnership with HR teams in supported country and other local/regional/global teams.
• Deliver high-touch customer service by using professional and customer-focused approach.
• Ensure employee data privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive employee information.
• Understand scope of services, analyzes nature of requests and escalates items to others as defined.

About you

• Ongoing College/University Studies in Hungary: We value students who are keen to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting.
• Availability: You're willing to dedicate at least 25 hours per week to the role, and we offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate your schedule.
• Language Skills: Fluent in French and English, enabling effective communication with employees from various regions.
• Attention to Detail: Possess excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adaptability: You can work with complex processes and adapt to country-specific requirements.
